The Commission for Regulation of Utilities ("CRU") publishes a public consultation on dynamic sharing of maximum export capacity ("MEC") behind a single connection point.

The consultation seeks feedback on hybrid projects that combine two or more types of electricity generation and / or storage units, that connect to the grid via a single connection point. Currently such hybrid projects are unable to dynamically share an MEC between the different assets behind the single connection point.
