Matheson’s experienced International Listing Services team offers a range of services in connection with listings on the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin (“Euronext Dublin”), the Vienna Stock Exchange (“VSX”), the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (“CSX”), The International Stock Exchange (“TISE“) and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (“Lux SX“). For approvals under the Prospectus Regulation (EU and UK), our service includes submissions to the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI“), the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF“) and the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA“), as applicable. We provide a highly personalised service advising Irish and international clients on all types of debt and fund structures, including high yield bonds, sovereign bonds, asset-backed securities, Islamic finance offerings, exchange traded funds (“ETFs”), exchange traded commodities (“ETCs“), UCITS, hedge funds and common contractual funds. Our team is experienced in working with the London Stock Exchange (“LSE“), Borsa Italiana (“BI“) and Euronext Amsterdam on the admission of ETF and ETC products to trading. Working in partnership with our legal and tax colleagues our International Listing Services team ensure that our clients receive the benefits of a streamlined and cost-effective process.
Our International Listings Group represents the longest-established listing business in Ireland, with origins dating back to the 1980s when it arranged the first listing of investment fund shares on the Irish Stock Exchange.
The advantages of listing your debt securities are:
- “Quoted Eurobond” exemption – where certain conditions are met, securities listed on Euronext Dublin, the VSX, the CSX, TISE and / or the Lux SX can claim an exemption from Irish withholding tax and withholding taxes in certain other jurisdictions.
