What is Connect?
Our Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Connect, is provided by Intapp. It supports the management of firm-wide client, and relationship intelligence to discover new revenue opportunities and enhance client relationships. It also supports data driven insights that can lead to more informed decisions, cost savings, and increased revenue.
Navigating dashboards and Widgets
Once you are on the platform you can navigate around it using the navigation bar on the left side of the platform, which includes all the dashboards and details pages for the platform
Each dashboard is comprised of a selection of widgets – such as My tasks / Events / My Contacts etc. Each widget acts as a report or sub-set of data that can be queried or added to
Entry Forum
By selecting the blue 'Add' button a tab will appear with all the records you can add on to Connect. Select the item you will like to add and the entry forum will pop-up. Fill in the relevant fields correctly and click save to have the information uploaded on Connect.

How can Connect help?
Connect as a CRM platform will boost business development by organising client information, tracking interactions, and manging leads efficiently. It enables personalised communication, provides data-driven insights through reports (views) and improves team collaboration. This helps Matheson strengthen client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Our BD Shared Calendar helps with centralised scheduling, allowing us as a firm to view and add meetings in one place. It promotes collaboration and tracks client engagements. The calendar also includes offices locations, making it easier to manage resources, coordinate events and plan meetings across multiple locations efficiently.
Connect also allows you to compare the firm's BD calendar with your personal calendar, giving you a unified view of all upcoming events.
