The London Dashboard has been created to be the go-to page for users in London to easily access client information and marketing insights. It provides an overview of the offices employees, all activities, marketing, business development and BD calendar.
Many of our clients – which include more than half of the world’s 50 largest banks, the majority of the Fortune100 companies, and private capital investors – having business operations in the UK and engaging their Irish legal services through the international legal services market in London. Our London office plays an important role in meeting the Irish legal needs of these companies and financial institutions, and their advisers.
This dashboard has eliminated general data which can speed up decision making, provides real-time insights, upcoming activities and localised clients histories faster. Ultimately driving business growth in the London Office.
All Activities & Business Development
The Activities/ Business Development dashboards includes all the activities added to the platform that are tagged to the London Office.
All Activities dashboard has a graph representing all activities added in the last 4 years coordinated by the type of activities, activity summary and PLFs activities.
The Business Development dashboard specifically focuses on all BD meetings, upcoming meetings and PLF BD meetings.
By using the filters, you can narrow down the view to specific dates, times, companies and more, allowing you to easily customise the display to show the most relevant information for you.
Marketing
The Marketing dashboard focuses on events and mailing tagged to the London Office.
Easily check event statistics and research who has RSVP or attends events. A graph also displays the Attendees from PLFs and mailings tagged to London.
By using the filters, you can narrow down the view to specific dates, times, companies and more, allowing you to easily customise the display to show the most relevant information for you.
Preparing for Meetings with Connect
Views
Create a custom data set on Connect using Views. Any custom view can be saved or shared to collaborate with team members.
Connects dashboards present pre-filtered data sets offering quick insights, designed for a wide audience. Building custom views allows you to control what records display, what columns of data show, an how to sort and group the data.

Taxi Reports
You can quickly export Taxi reports using Connect. On the dashboard search for the specific Company/ Company Group and open the detail page. On the right corner there will be a 'Reports' button. A pop up will appear to 'Choose a report to run'. Select Overview report and click the blue 'Generate' button.
The report will start to download on your device. The report will include BD Activities for last 12 months, Top 10 Contacts & their Colleague relationships, Open Matters/ Referrals for Last 12 months and All Activities for last 12 months.
